Paull leads the highly qualified team at LISACA. His enthusiasm and unique ability to explain property-based wealth creation strategies in simple terms has inspired investors for nearly a decade. Paull has personally managed a range of development projects on the Australian east coast. He founded LISACA in 2003 after he undertook a project to develop three luxury homes at Jan Juc near Bells Beach on the Victorian south coast.

Paull is committed to ethical and environmentally sustainable developments.

 

Jane Grimmond - General Manager

LISACA Developments

As a registered architect with qualifications in environmental design, Jane’s role is to manage the building procurement process. Jane has a diverse background in commercial, residential and sports architecture, Her strengths are coordination and attention to detail throughout design and construction. Jane also has extensive architectural experience including the design of waterfront residences on the Gold Coast and work with Brisbane architecture firm Studio Tekton on marina developments in Mackay. Jane is involved in the site selection and feasibility stages and brings organisational and programming skills to the team.

 

Don Charles DeGuzman

LISACA Property

Establishing a successful career in the building design and architectural industry for over 10 years with qualifications in Architectural technology, Charles has had extensive exposure in various aspects of the property development industry. He has been involved in a variety of development projects such as commercial, residential, industrial, health, retail and interiors for listed and unlisted property development companies, university and government bodies within Australia. Charles has gained invaluable experience and has established a large network and contacts within the property industry.

 

John Loneragan – Principal and Architect

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects, John is the Principal and Director of the award-winning Studio Tekton, an architecture and urban design company. Holding a Master of Urban Design, John has focused on universally accessible design and significant master-planning projects such as Mackay Marina, Keppel Bay Marina and Moreton Bay Eco Resort. His multi-residential experience covers Flagship apartments and the Clarion Hotel in Mackay as well as The Beach House development of 129 townhouses at Airlie Beach. John‘s creative design and his skills in council negotiations support the technical expertise of the team.
